MrMoodz
Damn Click!! That is a crisp and clean looking arcade cabinet! A buddy of mine made one with an old Robotron cabinet and it's pretty sweet... But yeah, yours looks professionally made.
infiniteslip
Wow, that is stunning! I was just playing Mortal Kombat on my MacBook Pro with MacMAME a couple hours ago....but it's just not the same without the joysticks and what not....and of course standing at the arcade cabinet! For those who aren't familiar...MAME (multiple arcade machine emulator) is a computer program that allows you to run the original arcade game programs (ROMs) on a computer. There are also emulators for most gaming systems like NES and Genesis and even newer platforms. You can see in the pictures SNES, Nintendo 64, and MAME. With the proper software, one could play a huge selection of various platform games on a single computer system!Clickhea has a super duper awesome does it all arcade machine! Enjoy! clickhea
hey guys glad you liked itFor those of you who are interested:The cabinet was made from scratch, most of the materials were picked up from home depot.the arcade parts where purchased online from an arcade parts retailer.the art i made in adobe photoshop and had it sent out for professional printing. The final cost of the project including the pc and all is probably bout $1000 give or take a few dollars. It took me about a year to finish the project only because i was lazy with it. It should really of only took a few months tops. Its my first time doing any sort of carpentry, but not my first time using power tools. Iam a perfectionist, so when something is a bit off i'll sit there no matter how long it takes till it comes out right.oh and tati, my joystick is reserved for you =P Edited April 19, 2009 by clickhea
